6. Online Shop: Orders, Pricing and Payment
6.1 By placing an order you are offering to purchase Products in accordance with these Terms and any specific sale terms displayed on the Site.
6.2 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email. The contract between you and us is formed when we send this email.
6.3 We use reasonable efforts to ensure prices, descriptions and images of Products are accurate, but errors may occur. Where we discover an error we may cancel the order and refund any payment taken, or give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price.
6.4 Prices include VAT where applicable and will be shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, taxes and any other costs will be displayed at checkout.
6.5 Payment must be made using the methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

7. Delivery, Risk and Ownership

8.3 If you book or purchase services, treatments or products from a third‑party business listed on our Site, your contract is with that business and not with us. You are responsible for checking their terms, qualifications, insurance and suitability before proceeding.
8.4 We may offer different directory packages (e.g. free, standard, featured) with varied features, ranking rules and fees. Details of each package, subscription term, renewal and cancellation process will be set out at the point of sign‑up or in your advertiser agreement.
8.5 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, edit, suspend or remove any Listing or advertisement that we consider misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, offensive or in breach of these Terms.
9. User‑Generated Content
9.1 The Site may allow you to submit content such as reviews, comments, ratings, photos or other materials (together, “User Content”).
9.2 You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable licence (with the right to sub‑licence) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display and make your User Content available in connection with operating and promoting the Site and our Services.
9.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content:
